The organisation is an established nonbank lender, focused on providing funding to the property development sector. The group has a strong following of high-net‑worth investors, who gain exposure to the private credit market. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lead assessment and approval of property debt and preferred equity transactions. Oversee due diligence, feasibility reviews, risk grading, sensitivity analysis. Develop, implement and continuously refine company credit policies. Ensure consistent application of credit standards across all deals. Provide independent challenge to deal structuring and pricing assumptions. Build the enterprise risk framework across credit, operational, compliance and governance. Serve as a core member of the Executive Leadership Team. Chair or co‑chair relevant risk committees. Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations and Investor Relations to ensure risk is embedded across the organisation. Mentor and develop emerging credit talent. Present to Board, Investment Committee and investors on risk matters. Experience Required

Relevant industry experience in the finance sector, credit/risk within a lending setting. High‑level communication skills, exceptional judgement and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
