Graduate - Dispute Resolution and Insolvency (Start ASAP) K2 Law seeks a Graduate for a full‑time dispute resolution and insolvency role, offering hands‑on commercial litigation experience on the Gold Coast.

Your Role Key responsibilities include:

Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, correspondence, and court documents

Assisting in preparation of affidavits, pleadings, and submissions

Managing discovery and evidence collation processes

Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders

Supporting settlement negotiations and mediation preparation

Contributing to the firm’s strategic litigation outcomes

A Bachelor of Laws or equivalent qualification
