What You’ll Be Working On You’ll support the smooth delivery of professional exams by preparing exam rooms, registering candidates, communicating exam procedures and supervising exam sessions. You’ll maintain a calm, focused presence throughout each exam, observe and report any issues, and complete required documentation in line with established procedures.

Reliable, detail‑focused and comfortable following set procedures

Calm, professional communicator with strong customer service skills

Flexible with availability, including occasional weekends, and confident using basic computer systems

Flexible availability is important, as shifts are rostered between

8:00am and 5:30pm , with occasional evening and weekend work.
