Senior School Operations Officer (Medical School)

Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.
Base salary range: $95,231 – $100,643 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides high-level academic administration and technical support across UWA’s schools, enabling effective teaching, research and engagement. Within this structure, the Schools Operations team delivers essential academic and general administrative support. The UWA Medical School is a dynamic environment that engages closely with the health sector, community partners, and students across medicine and related disciplines. This role sits at the heart of the School’s operations and external engagement activity.
About the opportunity
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Head of School, Dean, and School Executive.
Lead the development, maintenance and improvement of office systems, procedures, and workflows.
Coordinate key engagement activities and events that support the Medical School’s strategic and community-facing priorities.
About you
Substantial senior administrative experience in a complex organisation
Experience in coordinating events and supporting high-level stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
High-level digital literacy across office and social media platforms
The ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute effectively within a team
Note
