GP / Emergency Vet Nurse - Greencross Vet Centre Full-time

We are seeking experienced Vet Nurses to join our GP and Emergency teams!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch nursing care to critically ill or injured patients

Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments as needed

Assist in emergency procedures, surgeries, and diagnostics

Administer medications and maintain accurate records

Communicate effectively with the veterinary team and pet owners

Engage in ongoing professional development

Our Ideal Candidate:

Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)

2+ years of experience in a busy GP clinic or in an emergency/critical care role

Strong technical skills (IV catheter placement, blood sampling, anesthesia monitoring)

Calm, focused, and compassionate under pressure

Great communication skills and a genuine passion for animal care

ECC Vet Nurses - willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster
