Position Overview
As Chief Financial Officer, you will be the financial steward of Sculptform, responsible for global financial performance, governance, capital allocation, and strategic foresight.
Your mission is to enable organisational “Choice” — the ability to invest, adapt, and grow through all market cycles while competitors retreat.
You will lead our Global Shared Services (GSS) finance hub and ensure that as we scale, our systems deliver decision‑grade insights that make our $100M future inevitable.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance Leadership
Provide financial foresight and strategic guidance to support long‑term growth
Partner with executive leadership to drive enterprise value creation
Foster a disciplined finance culture grounded in clarity, accountability, and calm decision‑making
Financial Performance & Capital Allocation
Evaluate strategic investments against a minimum 50% ROI hurdle
Safeguard cash position and maintain a minimum 60‑day overhead safety buffer
Ensure sustainable profitability and financial resilience
Global Governance & Reporting
Deliver consolidated month‑end reporting by the 7th working day across AU, NZ, UK, and US entities
Drive a systems‑based approach to reporting (“no heroes” — reliable processes over reliance on individuals)
Ensure audit readiness and global compliance across all jurisdictions
Transformation & Strategic Initiatives
Implement and maintain rolling 3‑way forecasting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) across all regions
Lead the integration of regional finance teams into a high‑performing Global Shared Services model
Strengthen financial systems to support scalable global operations
Qualifications & Skills
The A-Player Standard
We are seeking a high‑performance financial leader who combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a multi‑entity or global organisation
Expertise in 3‑way financial modelling, forecasting, and capital strategy
Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving profitabilityStrong governance, compliance, and audit leadership experience
Commercially astute with the ability to translate complex data into clear decisions
High levels of discipline, ownership, and resilience
Personal Attributes
Strategic and tenacious, with the ability to identify gaps and execute solutions
