junior Talent Acquisition Partner

to join their ANZ team on a

12-month fixed-term contract . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in end-to-end recruitment across Australia & New Zealand, including:

Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Supporting offer processes and pre‑onboarding

Engaging with the wider APAC TA team

What We’re Looking For

Talent Acquisition experience preferably in a manufacturing organisation.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Proactive, organised, and eager to learn

Workday Recruiting experience is a bonus but not essential

$85K - 95K+ Super

Hybrid working arrangement (min. 3 days in Clayton)
