About the Role

This is a key role within a transformation program, responsible for enabling smooth, efficient, and strategic delivery across Agile development teams. You will: Establish and manage release roadmaps across the portfolio Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning to ensure alignment with strategic priorities Develop templates for timeline mapping and quarterly roadmaps for executive-level visibility Streamline the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support ISO 27001 compliance Key Responsibilities

Manage release schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation Create and maintain process workflows for initiatives, incidents, and BAU activities Act as the central point of contact for release governance and execution Ensure adherence to internal standards and drive improvements in delivery quality Coach Agile teams, remove delivery impediments, and foster cross-team collaboration What You'll Bring
