As the business accelerates growth and modernisation, it is seeking a high-calibre Chief Financial Officer to help shape its next chapter. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be a critical member of the executive team, leading financial and commercial performance across a national operation. This role goes beyond stewardship - driving working capital optimisation, margin performance, and disciplined growth in a high-SKU, fast-moving distributor environment. With a clear mandate for improvement, the CFO will elevate systems, reporting, analytics, automation, and governance to enable sharper decision-making and operational excellence. A key priority will be driving profitability and growth, while strengthening controls, forecasting, and performance frameworks. We are seeking a commercially astute finance leader with deep experience in wholesale, distribution, industrial, or similarly complex multi-site environments. You bring a proven track record in inventory management, working capital improvement, and financial control, alongside strong ERP and systems capability. Experience in privately owned businesses and leading practical, relationship-driven change will be highly regarded.
