What you will do
Leading, mentoring, and supporting a passionate team of educators
Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the local community
Driving quality practice through the EYLF, NQS, and child-safe standards
Overseeing daily operations of the centre, including rostering, compliance, and enrolments
Showcasing the Mayfield culture—celebrating successes and creating a positive, inclusive workplace
Partnering with families to ensure every child thrives in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment

Leader with excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the Rating & Assessment process
True people‑person radiating friendliness, positivity, and energy
Professional commitment to child safety, high‑quality education, and care
Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood; valid Blue Card; current First Aid/CPR; child protection training (or willingness to obtain); plus Red Nose, Food Safety & SunSmart training (or willingness to obtain)
