Drive FP&A and commercial finance activities during a major systems and business-wide change Partner with divisional leaders across two divisions to influence strategic decision-making Consolidate and standardise reporting across 40+ branches nationally Develop financial models in Excel and create insightful Power BI dashboards Analyse productivity, efficiency, and recovery rates to identify improvement opportunities Load results into OneStream for group reporting Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation processes Act as

2IC to the Head of FP&A , contributing to leadership discussions and transformation strategy Competitive package of

Proven experience in

FP&A and commercial finance

within a service-based or multi-site business Advanced

financial modelling

and

Excel

capability Strong

Power BI

skills, able to build and standardise reports from the ground up Exposure to

ERP transformation

or major systems change The ability to partner with senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo with confidence Strong analytical skills to interpret operational performance metrics and P&L drivers Experience with

budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation

across multiple divisions A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the adaptability to shape a role in a changing environment What’s on offer

Contract type:

12-month contract

with a high likelihood of permanency Location: Australia (remote/onsite as required by client) Salary:
