About You

A highly skilled and experienced Duct Installer, or

A qualified Cert II or Cert III Refrigeration Mechanic holding:

Cert III RAC with ARCtick accreditation, or

Cert II Restricted ARCtick license

You also bring:

Proven experience in air conditioning installation

Great leadership and communication skills

A strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety on-site

What You’ll Do As a Leading Hand, you’ll take charge of installation projects, guide your team and make sure every job is done safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Your day will include:

Supervising installations in:

Single and double-storey homes (existing and new builds)

Light commercial projects (new builds, refurbishments, upgrades)

Liaising with clients, builders, and site representatives

Troubleshooting and resolving installation issues

Maintaining and promoting OSH compliance

What You’ll Need

Hands on experience installing ducted system componentry

A good understanding of mechanical and safety standards

A proactive attitude and ability to guide and motivate on-site teams
