About The Role:
Weโre looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead some of our most important cross-platform initiatives. This role will focus on implementing our updated packaging tiers in-platform, creating seamless upgrade pathways for customers, improving feature consistency across the product, and partnering with some of our biggest clients to solve complex problems in scalable ways.
This is an IC role for someone who loves untangling complexity, has excellent product judgment, and can influence across engineering, design, revenue, and customer teams. The role will evolve based on your strengths and the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement our new pricing and packaging tiers across the platform
Create in-product upgrade experiences that help customers discover and adopt functionality
Drive capability and feature consistency across key workflows and modules
Partner with major enterprise clients to understand their needs and translate them into scalable solutions
Lead discovery, experimentation, and evidence-based decision making
Help shape how we work โ influencing product craft, processes, and standards across the team
About you:
Senior experience in Product Management (Senior PM, Product Lead, or Principal PM)
Strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or rostering systems
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-platform initiatives
Solid UX/product design instincts and strong commercial thinking
Experience implementing packaging and pricing tiers and in-product upgrade flows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with enterprise clients
Ability to work independently, cut through ambiguity, and driving clarity
Comfort balancing speed, risk, and long-term value
Youโll sit at the intersection of customer experience, commercial strategy, and platform-wide consistency. Your work directly shapes how customers understand value, access premium functionality, and scale their use of the product.
