This is an IC role for someone who loves untangling complexity, has excellent product judgment, and can influence across engineering, design, revenue, and customer teams. The role will evolve based on your strengths and the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Help shape how we work โ€” influencing product craft, processes, and standards across the team

About you:

Senior experience in Product Management (Senior PM, Product Lead, or Principal PM)

Strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or rostering systems

Comfort balancing speed, risk, and long-term value

Youโ€™ll sit at the intersection of customer experience, commercial strategy, and platform-wide consistency. Your work directly shapes how customers understand value, access premium functionality, and scale their use of the product.

This is a role with real ownership, visibility, and long-term growth potential.

Remuneration and Benefits Package (AUS)

Competitive salary offering

Paid time off to participate in volunteering activities
