Corporate M&A / Commercial Lawyer - 3+ Yrs Pqe

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Commercial Lawyer to join a well established Melbourne firm with a busy, genuinely diverse practice and a strong reputation for client service.

This role will suit a lawyer who enjoys variety, takes pride in high quality work, and is comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with significant responsibility and autonomy.

The Role You will work across both the Commercial and Property teams, with a practice mix that includes:

Mergers & Acquisitions

General corporate and commercial advisory work

Property transactions, including hands on use of PEXA and Duties Online

What the Firm Is Looking For:

Someone who is dedicated, thorough, and resilient

Comfortable managing fast turnaround matters and demanding clients

Confident working autonomously while knowing when to seek input

Commercially minded, with strong attention to detail

Key Requirements

Admitted lawyer with 3 years’ PQE in commercial transactional work

At least 2 years’ solid property experience, including PEXA and Duties Online

Strong drafting, editing, and client communication skills

Ability to manage the full carriage of files

Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
