Corporate, Commercial and Property Lawyer

The Opportunity We're looking for a talented and driven lawyer to join our respected corporate, commercial and property team. In this role, you'll work closely with our partners and play a key part in delivering high-quality legal solutions to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

Managing business and asset sale transactions from start to finish

Retail and Commercial leasing

Assisting with share sale and purchase deals

Drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate and commercial documents, such as finance agreements, employment contracts, heads of agreement, and assignment/novation documents

Preparing shareholder agreements and company secretarial documentation

Supporting company restructures and advising on corporate structures

About You

A minimum of 3 years' post‑admission experience in corporate and commercial law

Solid understanding of the Corporations Act

Experience advising on corporate structures and transactions

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

A proactive, collaborative approach to your work
