The fund is well capitalised and actively deploying into mid‑market opportunities across a broad range of sectors. As a result of their current pipeline and growth plans, they are looking to bring in an experienced private equity investor.

Responsibilities

Lead origination and build a high‑quality proprietary deal pipeline

Own end‑to‑end transaction execution across commercial, financial, and legal workstreams

Build deep relationships with founders, CEOs, bankers, and advisors

Drive value creation and portfolio oversight post‑investment, including board representation

Play a key role in firm‑building and developing junior talent

Ideal Profile

5‑15+ years in private equity, principal investing, or growth capital essential

Strong transaction track record, ideally within the mid‑market

Deal instincts and origination capability, not just execution

Confident representing the fund in market and building trusted founder relationships
