About the Client: Our newly acquired client is a global CRM leader, helping businesses of all sizes connect with customers through innovative cloud-based solutions. They drive digital transformation across industries with a strong focus on trust, growth, and customer success.
Securitas NSW is looking for an experienced and skilled Security Officer to provide exceptional service to this client site in Sydney CBD. Successful applicants will play an important role in ensuring clients’ data integrity, visitor management and asset protection.
Job Location: Sydney CBD
Shift: Full time rotational Day and Night
Pay Rate: SSIA Level 3
Key Functions Performed
Perform static and roving duties to secure the Client's Corporate office space and its critical infrastructure
Monitor CCTV system and manage access control
Respond to alarms in compliance with global guidelines and elevate security breaches/violations to the Supervisor
Provide basic First Aid and respond to other incidents onsite and enlist client stakeholders as needed
Enforce client’s badging and access control policies
Perform daily security operations duties as planned by the Site Security Supervisor
Participate in scheduled safety and security exercises (e.g., Fire Drill and Security Intrusion Exercises)
Maintain a friendly demeanor and collaborative working relationships with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders (IT, Global Real Estate Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, etc.)
Required Competencies / Skills
Current NSW Security License
Strong ability to adapt and adjust quickly to a variety of situations, making well‑informed decisions with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English (both verbal & written).
Good IT knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
Strong passion for customer satisfaction and sense of ownership.
