Add expected salary to your profile for insights The Senior Consultant - Engagement Lead is a senior delivery role within Comunet, responsible for end-to-end client engagement, project delivery leadership and relationship management. This role blends project governance, and client management, ensuring successful delivery outcomes and alignment between client needs and Comunet service capability. We expect you to bring client leadership, project management, and a broad understanding of how IT aligns with business objectives. You will be technically confident and experienced in managing projects, teams, and client relationships at a senior level. Client Engagement & Relationship Leadership Serve as a primary engagement lead for allocated strategic clients. Build and maintain strong, trusted client executive-level relationships through proactive engagement, a clear understanding of client needs, and a focus on long term partnership value and exceptional service. Lead regular client engagement activities including steering committees, roadmap sessions, and service reviews. Ensure communications, expectations, and outcomes are aligned with client strategic objectives. Industry Knowledge: Maintain awareness of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure relevant, innovative, and forward-looking advice for clients. Project & Delivery Leadership Lead multidisciplinary project engagements from scoping to completion. Oversee project governance requirements including reporting, risk management, schedule tracking, and change control. Provide delivery assurance ensuring adherence to methodology and client expectations. Conduct strategic consulting engagements including IT reviews and transformation plans. Assist in creating client strategic technology roadmaps including organizational impacts and project prioritisation. Guide clients through business case development and readiness planning. Mentor consultants and technical staff as required. Contribute to standardised delivery approaches and frameworks. Lead internal knowledge sharing and capability uplift sessions, sharing and capability uplift sessions. Contribute to the development of skills and knowledge across the consulting and services teams. Key Skills and Capabilities Strong project management capability across IT and Cloud projects Experience in senior stakeholder management Ability to translate business needs into delivery plans Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative guidance to clients PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications Experience in cloud, modern workplace, cyber or software delivery environments Experience in consulting or professional services organisations Competitive market salary Flexible working conditions Mobility allowance Training opportunities Birthday leave A package relevant to experience and credentials will be tailored to suit the candidate.
