Contribute to development of Equities warrants market making application stack. Work with the local and global warrants market making team in Pune and Frankfurt. Actively engage in all aspects of SDLC including close collaboration with the business, gathering functional and non-functional requirements, designing solutions, code reviews, testing and deploying applications in accordance with Citi\'s policies. Responsibilities

Development of the Warrants market making application stack, design solutions, coordinate delivery, investigate production incidents, participate in L2/L3 support activities Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements taking into account recommended technologies, non-functional requirements, internal policies and procedures Participate in all elements of SDLC from gathering business requirements, analysis, code reviews, testing, deploying applications Understand and help shaping Citi’s global Warrants platform Establish and maintain strong working relationships with peers and other local and global technology team members Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the local business Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency Comply with the ethical standards contained in the Code of Conduct Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications Experience in managing and implementing successful projects Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Ability to work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Candidate should have full working rights in Australia Technical Competencies

Experience of implementing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and taking them from initial concept through to final delivery and post implementation support In-depth knowledge of FIX protocol and proven experience in front-office systems Understanding of Market Making concepts & Electronic/Algo Trading is preferable Experience working in regulatory environments Good foundation in equity derivatives, and understanding of greeks & risk calculations is preferable Understanding of high volume trading systems and technical challenges of their design and operation Experience in Java, C++ & C# Strong knowledge of relational databases and scripting languages Knowledge of third party Market Data provider platforms (e.g., Reuters) highly desirable Experience with working effectively with remote teams across different timezones Understanding of robust high throughput/low latency architecture Education
