Contract Duration: 6 Months

Rate: up to $162 per hour including super

About our client Our client is a leading professional services and consulting firm, delivering strategy, technology, systems integration, and operations support across industries including Government, Financial Services, and Utilities.

About the role Working with a large utility client, the Solution Architect will participate in the development of high-level and detailed technical designs for technology solutions. This will be achieved by utilising subject matter expertise and knowledge of application and infrastructure technology components. This position possesses the expertise and experience to ensure that high-level and detailed technical designs satisfy business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the translation of requirements by external technology service providers into high-level and detailed solution designs

Oversee the development of design documentation for external and internal developers and configuration specialists

Monitor and report on the progress of programs and projects against solution designs and quality of deliverables

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to manage the design of solutions for complex problems

Work effectively with external and internal suppliers to deliver business outcomes

Participate in continuous improvement of technology through

Required Experience This work is related to estimating and risk tools, previous experience in this space will be an advantage.

Experience in Solution design and in technical delivery quality assurance

Experience working in blended teams and with third party vendors

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
