Senior Property Lawyer - Boutique Firm A high‑performing boutique firm is looking for a Senior Associate / Special Counsel to take the lead on sophisticated property work and help drive the next phase of the practice’s growth. The Work

Major residential & commercial developments, including off‑the‑plan projects, JV agreements and development agreements

Commercial & retail leasing across a broad client base

Complex land matters adverse possession, easements (creation/removal), subdivisions, covenants and more

Sales, acquisitions, DD
