The Opportunity Our client is a large, well-established Australian headquartered organisation with international operations and a significant multi-site footprint. The business operates within a complex, asset-intensive environment and is entering its next phase of strategic growth.

The Challenge Your duties will include the following:

Leading the divisional budgeting, forecasting and performance management

Delivering high-quality financial insights that influence executive decision-making at both head office and the regional sites within the role responsibilities

Strengthening financial controls, governance and risk management frameworks within the division to support ongoing business growth

Driving the financial evaluation across the product mix to ensure appropriate decisions are made to support market demands through pricing and supply chains

Partnering with operational and commercial leaders to support growth initiatives and investment decisions

Owning and maintaining accurate short, medium and long-term cash flow forecasts

Leading and developing a high performing team

Deep financial competence across FP&A, accounting and commercial finance

Senior finance leadership experience within a complex, asset-intensive, multi-site environment

A strong accounting foundation, ideally combined with systems implementation experience

Proven people leadership capability, including building team capability and succession

The ability to influence across operational, commercial and executive stakeholders
