Base pay range
A$120,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr

Looking to step into a senior role where you’ll have influence, variety, and the chance to shape high-profile work? This boutique insights and consulting firm is making waves across government, business, and retail – and they’re looking for another senior leader to join the team.
They deliver a broad mix of projects – from segmentation, brand positioning, CX, and tracking to product development, advertising and concept testing, and mystery shopping. Their work spans both B2B and B2C, with an in-house CX model that’s become a cornerstone of their B2B projects.

The role
They’ve recently won a major
multi-year community experience program
at State level. This will be a cornerstone of the role, alongside a diverse mix of government and commercial ad hoc projects.
As Associate Director, you’ll:
Lead customised research projects end-to-end – from proposals through to polished client presentations
Work across quant (the focus) with scope to flex into qual if that’s part of your toolkit
Build and nurture strong client relationships – presenting with confidence and curiosity
Bring a strategic voice, adding value in client rooms and spotting opportunities organically
Guide projects spanning CX, segmentation, brand strategy, and more
Who we’re looking for
An experienced custom researcher with solid quantitative chops (qual a plus)
Someone who thrives on client engagement, storytelling, and presenting
Curious, energetic, and collaborative – you’ll enjoy speaking up and contributing ideas
Social & Government experience would be an advantage, but not essential
This is a warm, ambitious, and supportive consultancy where you’ll work directly with the two Directors and play a key role in shaping their next phase of growth.
