$200K to $250K

Head of Product We are partnering with an award‑winning technology company in an exciting phase of scaling up globally. Their technology enables highly personalised consumer experiences across industries like retail, health, and medical, and they are currently scaling their operations across North America, Europe, and Asia.

This is a critical and highly senior leadership role responsible for owning the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from defining the multi‑year strategy and scaling the product organisation, through to ensuring global commercial success and regulatory compliance.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can master the complex interplay between hardware, software and international regulatory standards in a rapidly evolving, high‑growth environment.

ROLE As the Head of Product, you will be instrumental in bridging strategic vision with operational excellence across the product portfolio:

Product Strategy & Vision:

Define and own the multi‑year product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for both device and software solutions.

Organisational Scale:

Build and scale the product organisation, including UX/UI, research, and product management, establishing compliant processes.

Regulated Development:

Oversee product development and delivery, ensuring all discovery, design, and research processes comply with quality standards.

Commercial Success:

Lead go‑to‑market planning, product positioning, and pricing, undertaking competitor analysis and driving market adoption strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the strategic voice of the customer, building strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

YOU We are looking for a systems thinker and strategic leader with demonstrated success in high‑constraint environments:

Experience:

10+ years in Product Management, with significant experience within leading global technology companies or regulated technology industries.

Leadership Track Record:

Proven success scaling product teams and processes in fast‑paced or high‑growth settings.

Technical Breadth:

Experience managing and integrating both

hardware and software

product lines.

Compliance Knowledge:

Strong understanding of device regulations and quality standards.

Key Attributes:

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

Background in Engineering, Human‑Centred Design or Biomedical Sciences.
