Think2Be Healthy is an innovative wellness and bio‑technology health hub based in North Lakes, Queensland. Our mission is to transform how communities approach health by combining cutting‑edge medical technology, holistic therapies, and preventative healthcare.

Our centre brings together advanced treatments including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, PEMF, biohacking technologies, and emerging wellness modalities to help people overcome chronic illness, reduce inflammation, and optimise performance.

We are now seeking an exceptional General Manager / Clinical Director to lead the next stage of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a next‑generation health hub that integrates clinical care, wellness technology, community programs, and allied health practitioners.

The Role You will be responsible for both clinical leadership and operational growth of the health hub. Key responsibilities include:

Clinical Leadership

Provide clinical governance and oversight of treatments and protocols

Ensure safety, compliance, and best‑practice clinical standards

Develop evidence‑based treatment pathways using available technologies

Support and supervise allied health practitioners and therapists

Guide the integration of new health technologies and therapies

Business & Operational Leadership

Lead day‑to‑day operations of the wellness hub

Build a multidisciplinary practitioner network

Develop referral pathways with GPs, allied health, and community partners

Grow utilisation of the facility and technologies

Contribute to marketing, education, and community engagement

Strategic Development

Help shape the long‑term vision of the centre

Identify new services, partnerships, and revenue opportunities

Develop programs focused on preventative health and performance optimisation

About You We are seeking someone with a rare mix of clinical credibility and entrepreneurial leadership. Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as:

Medical practitioner (GP or specialist)

Functional / integrative medicine

Allied health leadership

Sports medicine or performance medicine

Health clinic ownership or management

You will likely have:

Clinical qualifications in medicine or allied health

Experience leading healthcare teams or clinics

Interest in integrative, preventative, or performance health

Strong business and operational instincts

The ability to build partnerships and attract practitioners

A passion for improving community health outcomes
