At Kinnatic.AI, we’re building sovereign AI infrastructure that lets enterprises adopt AI with full data ownership, end-to-end encryption, and complete auditability. Our platform gives each customer a private, sealed AI Hub—a fully isolated environment where they can run chat, LLM APIs, and advanced AI workloads with the security and trust their business demands. I’m Joey, currently a Tech Lead at a $1B cybersecurity company. I’m looking for a DevOps / Infrastructure / Security‑focused Co‑Founder to join our lean founding team of two (myself and an enterprise GTM specialist) and help shape the foundation of our platform. DevOps / Infrastructure / Security Co-Founder You might be a good fit if you: Have experience building or maintaining high‑trust, mission‑critical infrastructure (security, fintech, compliance‑heavy systems, core backend) Bring deep expertise in AWS, cloud architecture, and secure multi‑tenant or isolated environments. Are fluent with Terraform and Kubernetes, and know how to use them to build reliable, scalable, self‑healing systems Want to build the infrastructure you design, not just draw diagrams Can design and operate robust CI/CD, container orchestration, and low‑latency runtime environments Care about privacy‑first architecture, zero‑trust principles, and cryptographic trust Your Ownership Cloud architecture & deployment strategy, including tenant isolation and secure‑by‑default environments Core infrastructure for LLM runtimes, observability, logging, and end‑to‑end audit trails Security posture & zero‑trust operations, including scaling, performance optimization, and continuous hardening Other notes You must be based in Australia, and be an Australian citizen The role requires deep proven experience in devops, and security Remuneration Equity - Equal split, we will follow standards by Y‑Combinator You can absolutely keep your day job while we get this off the ground. I’m currently investing 2–3 hours each day outside my full‑time role to build momentum If product discovery goes well and we secure funding, we can transition to full‑time together with salary Seniority level
