Salesforce Solution Architect

Melbourne or Sydney preferred but open to Brisbane for the right candidate | Permanent

The Opportunity We're working with a Tier-2 consultancy experiencing strong Salesforce practice growth. They need a Solutions Architect who's technically strong but also commercially minded - someone who can design solutions, support pre-sales, and influence stakeholders.

This isn't a pure architecture role. You'll be shaping client solutions, leading discovery workshops, and engaging with C-level through to technical teams.

What You'll Do

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations)

Lead pre-sales activities - scoping, discovery workshops, solution presentations

Engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders (C-level, IT, business)

Support delivery teams with architectural guidance throughout implementation

Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth

What We're Looking For

5-8+ years Salesforce experience with strong architecture background

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration platform expertise

Pre-sales experience (scoping, workshops, presentations)

Consulting or partner background (not purely in-house)

Strong stakeholder engagement - can influence technical and business audiences

Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent)

Melbourne or Sydney-based

Highly Regarded

Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud

MuleSoft, Heroku exposure

Big 4 or Tier-2 consulting background
