Due to rapid growth and an exciting next phase of expansion, we are partnering with a design-led homewares and furniture brand to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager into a newly created leadership role. The Opportunity
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the brand - setting the strategic direction, leading major campaigns, and ensuring every customer touchpoint delivers a consistent, compelling experience. Your decisions will directly influence commercial performance, brand equity, and long‑term growth.
You’ll partner closely with the executive team to define priorities, allocate marketing investment, and help shape the broader business agenda. This is not a maintenance role - it’s a chance to build, evolve, and scale a brand during a critical growth phase.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Own the brand strategy across all channels, acting as the brand guardian
Set and deliver campaign strategy across direct-to-consumer and trade channels
Partner closely with the executive team on marketing priorities, investment, and performance
Own the brand and content calendar across website, email, and social
Oversee websites, email marketing, paid media creative, and organic social content
Guide photography, video, and campaign production to ensure consistency and impact
Lead influencer, PR and brand partnerships aligned to key campaigns
Manage and brief external agencies and creative partners
Partner with eCommerce to analyse performance and translate insights into smarter brand and campaign decisions
Build, lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team
Operate lean, prioritising high‑impact initiatives and clear accountability
About You
A Senior Marketer with proven experience driving brand growth and recognition through strategy, creative campaigns and channel execution
Background in homewares, furniture or pure‑play eCommerce retail
Commercially sharp, brand‑led and customer‑obsessed
Confident operating at executive level and influencing business direction
Strong planner who can also execute with pace and precision
Experienced leading teams and managing agencies and creators
