About the role With growth comes opportunity—specifically, the chance for an experienced Centre Manager to take the helm at one of our services in the South West.

We are looking for someone who is willing to invest time and energy in being a strong leader for the team - from supporting quality practice, pedagogy and guiding our team in the achievement of their professional goals.

Our rostering model has the Centre Manager out of ratio full time. The Centre Manager will also be supported by a full-time Assistant Center Manager so that you can focus on centre leadership instead of day-to-day administration.

About you

Extensive Experience working in the Centre Manager role

A commitment to high-quality care & children’s safety

A commitment to being an outstanding people leader for the team

The ability to create and implement systems and processes within the center to ensure compliance with the relevant law and regulations

Valid Working With Children Check, First Aid, and Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Permission to work in Australia

How much time do you have – it’s a long list!

$110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year + super + NES entitlements
