Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position. Location: Pilbara Region (Karratha, Port Hedland, or South Hedland). Salary: AUD $70,000 – $80,000 per annum. Company: Childcampus Karratha (Out-of-School-Hours Care (OSHC) and long-day childcare programs in the Pilbara region). We provide OSHC services and long-day childcare programs in the Pilbara region. Positions Available: Centre Managers; OSHC Coordinators / Lead Educators; Educators / Assistant Educators. Responsibilities

Centre Managers: Ensure smooth operation of the centre, create a play-based learning environment conducive to children’s development, build strong relationships with families, staff, and other stakeholders, and lead and manage the team to achieve goals and maintain quality standards. OSHC Coordinators / Lead Educators: Lead the team in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs, oversee day-to-day classroom operations, and ensure children’s health, safety, and well-being. Educators / Assistant Educators: Collaborate with the team to plan and implement educational programs, support daily activities to foster children’s learning, health, and safety, and ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and health & safety standards. Work cooperatively, ethically, and respectfully with colleagues and children. Qualifications & Requirements

ACECQA-approved qualifications (Cert III, Cert IV, Diploma, or higher preferred). Current First Aid certification in Education and Care (or obtain within the first week). Working with Children Check and Police Check (mandatory before starting). Sponsorship options may be available for Right to Work in Australia and childcare training courses.
