WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you :

have 3+ years’ experience (up to Senior Associate level ) in corporate / commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions / capital markets) with a 1st / 2nd-tier national / international firm or specialist boutique firm;

have strong research / technical / drafting legal skills + a strong commercial acumen + ability to provide practical relevant advice;

proven ability to manage client relationships ;

are committed to building your own professional brand by contributing to marketing / business development activities;
