Manager or Senior Manager

to step into a key leadership role with a

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will: Manage a

$1.2m portfolio

of long-standing SME and multi-entity clients Lead and mentor a

high-performing team of 6 accountants , plus an offshore team Deliver high-level advisory services across complex structures and family groups Work closely with Directors on client strategy, growth initiatives, and succession planning About You

Proven experience in

public practice accounting

at Manager or Senior Manager level CA or CPA qualified Strong people leader with excellent communication skills Commercially minded, proactive, and driven Ambitious with a genuine desire to progress to
