to lead a newly established

Vulnerable Customers Program , ensuring critical regulatory actions are implemented effectively.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-profile Retail Banking program from the ground up.

What You'll Do Design, lead, and deliver an end-to-end program focused on vulnerable customer needs.

Build and manage a dedicated program team, ensuring alignment across divisions.

Drive clarity in complex environments, navigating ambiguity to achieve results.

Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to meet regulatory deadlines.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders within the Retail Bank who will rely on your expertise to ensure successful delivery.

What We're Looking For We’re seeking a self-driven leader who thrives in challenging environments and can cut through complexity to deliver results. The ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience delivering large-scale programs, ideally in regulatory contexts.

Expertise in vulnerable customer initiatives or similar programs eg. Hardships, Collections, Financial Assistance, Complaints.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive decisions and accountability.

A track record of delivering outcomes across divisions rather than within single teams.

Relevant backgrounds may include:

financial services (e.g., superannuation), regulatory compliance, or customer remediation programs.
