Recognising that the capability of our workforce is dependent on the physical and mental health of all its members, People Culture and Wellbeing will deliver programs which provide an all-inclusive approach and promote every aspect of health and wellbeing. The Talent Acquisition Branch is responsible for entry level recruitment of cadets, police security officers, community constables and experienced police officers (returning, interstate, and international). The branch oversees this process from applications through to commencement of employment with SAPOL and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to attract and recruit our future workforce. The Lead Talent Partner is a senior specialist responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving SAPOL's talent acquisition strategies and frameworks. Operating with significant autonomy, the role provides authoritative advice and strategic leadership on complex recruitment issues, workforce attraction challenges and talent market trends. The role leads major domestic and international recruitment programs for police, police security officer and community constable pathways, manages critical talent pipelines and drives innovation in sourcing, selection and employer branding. The Lead Talent Partner also strengthens recruitment capability across SAPOL by mentoring Talent Acquisition staff and partnering with senior leaders to ensure the organisation attracts, engages and retains a skilled and diverse workforce. Special Conditions

The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check. The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent. Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required. The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program. Salary

ASO7 - $108,109 - $116,864 per annum. Application Instructions
