Project Director

No contractor fees / two pay runs per week

Contract to 30/06/2027| Brisbane CBD + WFH

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join a leading Queensland organisation. In this role, you will manage an enterprise project workstream to replace the organisation’s CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

Establish, onboard, and manage a high-performing project team, fostering a positive and results-driven culture.

Lead the procurement, evaluation, and selection of the CRM provider, managing the vendor engagement process throughout the lifecycle.

Execute the project in strict accordance with project plans, benefits realisation, and stakeholder management frameworks.

Proactively monitor progress and provide strategic advice to the Project Executive Director regarding risks, timeframes, resourcing, and budget.

Manage the organisational change process to ensure a smooth transition and high adoption rates of the new CRM platform.

Prepare high-level briefing notes, reports, and artifacts for the LSS Project Board.

What we’re looking for?

Proven experience leading large-scale technology implementation projects (preferably CRM replacements).

Demonstrated expertise in managing the “people side” of technology transitions to ensure business readiness.

Broad knowledge of corporate functions, including financial and human resource management.

Ability to navigate complex governance structures and communicate effectively with Project Boards and Executive Directors.

A degree in a business-related discipline and formal Project Management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK) are highly desirable.
