Strong commercial background, ideally with qualifications in commerce or accounting Entrepreneurial and driven sales leader who loves building a great team and culture Understanding of major projects, particularly in construction or landscaping Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise very effectively Strong commercial acumen, decision-making, and negotiation skills A hands‑on, flexible approach and a passion for plants and the horticultural industry About Us
