Serve as a strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team, providing insight, challenge, and decision support on complex business matters. Provide the Board and Executive Leadership with accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, ensuring transparency, integrity, and clarity of results. Monitor, analyze, and report on APAC's overall business and enterprise profitability, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure adherence to the "Business Process," embedding strong governance across investment and commercial decisions. Support the evaluation and execution of new business initiatives, partnerships, and commercial opportunities through robust financial analysis and governance. Actively challenge the Executive team to drive optimal business performance, including revenue growth, cost discipline, and capital efficiency. Establish, maintain, and continuously enhance financial and operational controls, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements. Does this sound like you?

Demonstrated success owning a full P&L and leading FP&A for a complex, multi-market business. Significant exposure to commercial finance (pricing, contracts, partnerships), resource allocation, and capital efficiency. Proven track record driving value creation (margin expansion, ROIC, cash conversion) and cost/productivity programs. Technical & Functional Expertise
