Head of Donor Experience & Impact

The Company is seeking a Head of Donor Experience and Impact to lead the organization's storytelling and shape the donor experience. This senior leadership role is pivotal in enhancing the Foundation's communication of its philanthropic and fundraising efforts, ensuring that the community understands the real and measurable difference their generosity makes to patient care and clinical innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping out and leading an integrated donor experience strategy, overseeing all communication, media, and marketing activities, and leading the planning and delivery of major giving campaigns. They will also govern the Foundation's Grants Program, strengthen CRM capability, and ensure that impact reporting is transparent and trusted. Applicants for the Head of Donor Experience and Impact role at the company should have a background in senior leadership within communications, marketing, donor or customer experience, or related fields. The role requires outstanding storytelling and communication skills, the ability to translate data and clinical insights into compelling narratives, and experience in developing and implementing high-performing campaigns.
