With continued international growth and an expanding product portfolio, the business is seeking a General Counsel & Company Secretary to lead its global legal, risk, and governance function.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board, this is a hands‑on and strategic role, covering a diverse portfolio across commercial, corporate, IP, compliance, and governance.

You will provide trusted legal guidance to a passionate leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of international expansion.

Day to day, you will be :

Advising the CEO, Executive Team, and Board on commercial, regulatory, and governance matters across multiple regions.

Leading company secretarial duties — preparing Board papers, maintaining statutory registers, and uplifting governance frameworks across the group.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, and overseeing intellectual property protection and enforcement.

Supporting strategic projects such as acquisitions, risk management, and ESG initiatives.

Partnering with external legal advisers as needed, while managing the legal budget and ensuring the function runs efficiently.

This role will suit a senior lawyer with a minimum 10 years PQE, broad commercial experience gained in both in‑house and private practice, ideally with exposure to consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution.
