Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

General Manager

to lead our operations and drive strategic growth. This role requires strong leadership, and advanced

financial management skills , with hands‑on experience using

SAP Business One

to optimize reporting and decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversee day‑to‑day operations

Drive business growth and profitability while maintaining operational excellence

Manage budgets, financial reporting, cash flow, and forecasting

Monitor KPIs and implement cost‑control measures to maximize efficiency

Lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of accountability

Oversee supply chain, logistics, and customer service functions

Utilize

SAP Business One

to streamline processes and enhance financial visibility

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners and customers

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior management role within wholesale, importing, or distribution industries

Strong

financial skills : budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and strategic financial planning

Advanced knowledge of

SAP Business One

(mandatory)

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Management (MBA preferred)
