In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that creates a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive. You will deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, and actively contribute to sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning. You will cultivate meaningful connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.

Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.

Cultivate meaningful and respectful connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.

What you bring

Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent.

A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.

A warm and caring personality.

Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.

A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
