We are expanding into Western Australia and are inviting Expressions of Interest from two experienced General Dentists to become the foundation clinical team of our new, purpose-built clinic in Perth. These roles suit clinicians who value clinical autonomy, long-term patient relationships, and the opportunity to help shape a practice from day one. Why This Opportunity Is Different

This is not a replacement role or a short-term contract. We are intentionally seeking two highly skilled dentists early to establish the clinical culture, patient experience, and growth trajectory of the practice. You will have the autonomy to practice dentistry the way you believe it should be practiced — supported by a stable, Australian-owned group that understands the realities of private practice and invests in long-term success. The Role & Remuneration

Minimum 4+ years\' private practice experience

Base Salary of 240k/year + Commission at 40% if earning benchmark is achieved

9 Day Fortnight with Flexible RDO allocation

Flexible commencement aligned with clinic opening

High-quality, purpose-built environment

Australian citizenship required

Dentists maintain full clinical autonomy over patients and treatment planning, while benefiting from structured support in: Payment plan facilitation

Practice operations and administration

Marketing and new patient acquisition to drive sustainable growth

Clinical Experience We Value

Strong, confident experience across all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry

Ability to place and restore single implants and/or full mouth tooth replacement (All on X) is highly regarded but not mandatory

A patient-first, ethical approach to treatment planning

The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

Current AHPRA registration required at time of application
