Chief Executive Officer . This is a rare opportunity to lead a respected, values-driven organisation with a clear strategy, a capable Senior Management Team, and a scalable structure already in place. Your key focus will be to

grow, inspire, and innovate . Key priorities include : Driving growth and sustainability

through creative partnerships and diversified revenue across government, corporate, and philanthropy. Championing the organisation’s story and purpose , strengthening its profile and influence across multiple stakeholder groups. Inspiring and leading a diverse team , modelling a culture of empathy, respect, and safety. Innovating boldly , identifying unconventional funding opportunities that align with community needs. About You This role will suit an experienced CEO or senior executive with deep NFP/philanthropy expertise and stakeholder influence. You will bring: Demonstrated success in

business development, partnerships, and income diversification . A passion for

food systems, agriculture, or sustainability Experience in

community-based programming Proven

senior leadership experience , with the ability to engage boards, inspire teams, and deliver strategic outcomes. Financial literacy, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance. An empathetic, people-first style and proven ability to lead with authenticity. A strong commitment to
