Champion design and technical standards by delivering sustainable, innovative solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and mentoring staff to elevate practice‑wide capability.
Strengthen business performance through effective resource allocation, budget and risk management, and contribution to strategic growth and market positioning of our architecture offering.

Registered Architect with at least 15+ years of experience and current professional registration.
Ideally, experience in Data Centre and/or Defence sector with knowledge of security requirements, clearance protocols, and defence‑specific design considerations.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating, developing, and growing high‑performing teams.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and deliver successful outcomes.
Strategic mindset with the capability to shape and strengthen AECOM’s architectural offering and market position.
