Senior Director - Digital Transformation Services As the Senior Director, Digital Transformation Services, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering Metro South Health's digital strategy. You will drive innovation, partnerships, and service delivery across key digital domains to support world-class healthcare. Within this role you will:

Provide strategic leadership in digital health, supporting the Chief Clinical Information Officer and senior leadership teams.

Lead high-performing teams across Digital Engagement & Innovation, Digital Project Delivery, and Business Analysis Services.

Build and foster strong partnerships with clinical leaders, industry, research, and government stakeholders.

Oversee delivery of large-scale digital health initiatives and transformation projects aligned with MSH's strategic goals.

About you: We are seeking an experienced and visionary digital health leader who thrives in a complex healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic foresight, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership. To be successful in this role you will have:

Demonstrated success promoting new and innovative means of utilising digital capability to improve delivery of healthcare services.

Proven ability to build strong executive, clinical, and industry partnerships.

Strong knowledge of contemporary digital health practices and experience applying them in practical, value-driven ways.

A background in leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused outcomes.
