An established and highly regarded organisation is seeking a

Chief People Officer

to join its Executive Leadership Team.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will lead the

People & Culture function

and play a central role in shaping organisational capability, leadership effectiveness and culture.

Working closely with the executive team and Board, the Chief People Officer will provide both

strategic and operational leadership across the full people agenda , including organisational design, leadership capability, workforce strategy, transformation and employee relations.

We are seeking an experienced

Chief People Officer / HR Director

who has operated at executive level within

financial services or professional services environments , and within highly regulated sectors.

You will bring:

Proven experience leading a

People & Culture function at executive level

Experience operating within

regulated, professional or complex environments

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at

CEO and Board level

A strategic yet pragmatic approach to

organisational capability and leadership
