Quality Business Partner – Home Care

The Role
Reporting to the Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a continuous improvement culture within home care services. Working closely with operational leaders, you’ll implement robust quality programs, monitor compliance, and support audit readiness. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will guide systemic enhancements and improve client outcomes.
This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time role. Hybrid work options are available with travel across our Home Care Services.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with operational leaders to implement quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyse quality data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Support external audits and maintain audit readiness across services.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, aged care, or quality management
Experience in quality and compliance roles, ideally in health or aged care
In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
A valid Australian driver’s licence, and capacity to travel
Advanced organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Experience in faith-based and/or not-for-profit environments preferred
