About the role Reporting to the Reliability Lead Track you will provide engineering advice, execute, analysis and benchmark the Maintenance function's end-to-end performance.

Proficiency in

root cause analysis (RCA) : Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough RCA to identify underlying issues and develop corrective actions.

Experience with

condition monitoring technologies : Familiarity with tools and techniques used for monitoring equipment health and performance.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment: Proven capability to manage tasks autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members.

Adaptability and flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing conditions and requirements within the operational environment.

What Skill Set Do I Require?

Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.)

with experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering in Mining or Oil and Gas industry.

Senior | 10+ years experience as a Track Reliability Engineer

Experience/Knowledge of track maintenance activities is mandatory

Skills & knowledge of track design foundations & engineering is highly advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and strong understanding in continuous improvement

Rail construction experience only would not suit this position, as it is a technical & engineering position

Strong experience in SAP

YOU MUST HAVE AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS AND BE RESIDING IN THE PERTH METROPOLITAN AREA FOR THIS ROLE.
