1x Full Time Fixed Term Position (until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension)

The Organisation Lotterywest is uniquely the only Government owned and operated lottery in Australia. We have supported the community for over 90 years with the purpose to operate a responsible and sustainable lottery that leaves an enduring positive impact for WA.

Lotterywest is also the employing agency for Healthway, the only State Government department dedicated to health promotion. For over 30 years, Healthway has funded projects and research to inspire Western Australians to live healthier lives.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Delivery, the Application Development Manager is responsible for leading, directing, planning and managing the development and support activities related to the web applications suite. The role will provide technical leadership and actively contribute to development tasks, ensuring delivery of high-quality fit-for-purpose solutions on time and within budget. The role will provide administrative, technical, and people leadership for team.

We are looking for

A strong leader with experience building, leading and motivating within a software delivery team

Someone with strong hands on technical experience across web and mobile platforms throughout the development lifecycle

A collaborative communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships and produces high‑quality documentation

Someonewho champions best practice, demonstrating experince with modern methodologies and platform
