Director - Client Services & Operations

Remembrance Parks Central Victoria (RPCV) is a Class A Cemetery Trust supporting families and communities across Central Victoria. We provide compassionate, professional services during significant moments and operate within a highly regulated environment.

We are seeking an accomplished executive leader to join our Executive Leadership Team. The Director, Client Services and Operations plays a pivotal role in driving excellence in client facing services and operational performance. This senior position leads strategic initiatives, ensures exceptional client satisfaction, and guides a high performing team.

This role has been created as part of an organisational restructure to strengthen RPCV's leadership capability and support future growth.

About the role Key responsibilities include oversight of service bookings and sales, customer service, interments, cremations, memorial product delivery, marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role contributes to organisational development through effective team leadership, performance management, compliance oversight, and financial governance. Collaboration across the organisation is essential to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery.

About you You are an outstanding people leader with extensive senior management experience. You have a proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver high quality client services. Your background may include project management, operational or logistical management, or business development.

You bring strong financial management capability and commercial acumen to support business improvement and organisational growth, while delivering value to the community.

Qualifications Tertiary or vocational qualifications in customer service, business development, project or operational management, or a related discipline. A current driver's licence is required.
